Ghana Premier League side Nations FC have congratulated captain Razak Simpson for earning his maiden Black Stars call-up for the final two 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The often-reliable and solid centre-back has featured in all nine of his club’s league matches this season, anchoring a backline that has helped Nations keep five clean sheets.
His contributions have been instrumental in pushing Nations FC to second place in the league table.
After the squad announcement by head coach Otto Addo on Thursday, Nations FC took to social media to say, “Congratulations to our captain Razak Simpson for earning his maiden call-up to the senior team, the Black Stars.
“We are proud of this height and wish him the best of luck in the Black Stars.”
